Rebecca has some 25 years of experience working in the field of people and change for major, bluechip organisations in professional and financial services. During this time, she was responsible for developing and delivering numerous leadership and talent development programmes across organisations from new hires, through to millennial managers and senior leaders with content covering commercial skills, soft skills and workplace issues like flexible working.
She is very versatile and agile in her ability to absorb and deliver content and is able to draw from a broad range of commercial, life and leadership experience to make the learning experience relevant to the audience. Additionally, Rebecca has extensive experience of developing and delivering learning on inclusive leadership especially women in leadership.
