Rebecca Hill has a background working for major global professional and financial services organisations including latterly for EY where she was a global director specialising in business strategy focusing on people and organisational change and where she developed well-honed facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills. After 25 years in the City, Rebecca is now well embedded in the entrepreneurial space having launched several businesses with her business partner, James Hasler. She is currently collaborating with a number of organisations providing consulting services focused on virtual and in person meeting facilitation and event design and content curation.
Rebecca has an MSc in Coaching & Consulting from Said Business School, Oxford University and HEC, Paris as well as being a Chartered Marketer. And in 2019 was named a top 50 Advisor for Leadership and Management by Enterprise Nation.
Rebecca has a strong interest in the economic empowerment of women as well as the broader diversity and inclusion agenda. Most recently she co-led EY’s global Women. Fast forward programme. She is also part of the UK delegation to the Women20 (W20) – an official engagement group of the G20 – as well as member of a group of senior women developing the economic blueprint for women and enterprise (entrepreneurship) for the UK and to this end participates in a cross-party working group at the House of Commons to address this issue. She has also been appointed a founding mentor for the weinsocialtech accelerator backed by Deutsche Bank focused on scaling up women in social tech businesses.
She is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors and has lived and worked in several countries including the UK, France, US and Switzerland and speaks three languages. She is also a serial non-executive director, advisory board member and school governor.
